1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting Foreign Exchange Lounge, making a reservation, or opting into any of our communications — including SMS/text messaging and voice communications — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or communications.

These Terms apply to all customers, guests, and individuals who interact with Foreign Exchange Lounge in any capacity. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.foreignexchangeloungelv.com.

2. About Us

Our registered business address is 719 Glenwood Springs Ave, N Las Vegas, NV 89032. Our venue is located at 200 Hoover Ave, Unit 150, Las Vegas, NV 89101.

We offer hookah services, bottle service, entertainment, event hosting, VIP experiences, and related hospitality services.

3. Age Requirement

Entry to Foreign Exchange Lounge and the consumption of alcoholic beverages and hookah/tobacco products is strictly limited to individuals 21 years of age or older, as required by Nevada state law and the federal Tobacco 21 Act. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry and for the purchase or use of any alcohol or tobacco/hookah product. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age.

4. Reservations & Bookings

Reservations are subject to availability and may require a deposit or minimum spend commitment, as communicated at the time of booking.

Reservation confirmations will be sent via SMS and/or email based on your contact preferences and opt-in status. AI-powered voice calls may also be used to confirm or follow up on reservations.

Cancellation or modification requests must be made in advance per the terms communicated at booking. Failure to cancel within the specified window may result in forfeiture of any deposit.

Foreign Exchange Lounge reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to capacity, safety, or operational reasons.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program — Terms of Use

Program Description: By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Foreign Exchange Lounge, including:

Reservation and booking confirmations

Event announcements and reminders

Promotional offers, discounts, and special deals

Transactional and account-related notifications

Customer service communications

Consent: Your consent to receive SMS messages is entirely voluntary. You are not required to opt in as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message Frequency: Varies. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your activity, upcoming events, and promotional periods.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details regarding your plan.

How to Opt In: By checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form or otherwise expressly providing your phone number with consent to receive text messages from Foreign Exchange Lounge.

How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may re-opt in at any time.

No Sharing of SMS Data: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers: This program is available on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability may vary.

6. Voice Communications Program (Including AI Voice)

Foreign Exchange Lounge may communicate with you via telephone or AI-powered automated voice systems. By providing your phone number and interacting with our venue, you agree to the following:

Program Description: We may use voice communications, including AI-generated voice agents, for the following purposes:

Inbound call handling for reservations, inquiries, hours, and general information

Outbound reservation and booking confirmations

Outbound event reminders and announcements

Outbound promotional and marketing communications (with prior express written consent)

Customer service follow-up

Inbound AI Voice: When you call our venue, your call may be received and handled by an AI-powered voice agent. You will be notified at the start of the call that you are interacting with an automated system. You may request a human representative at any time during the call.

Outbound AI Voice: We may place outbound calls using AI-powered automated voice systems. For outbound promotional or marketing calls, we will obtain your prior express written consent as required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Calls made for reservation confirmations, reminders, or transactional purposes are made pursuant to your existing business relationship with us.

Consent: Your consent to receive AI voice communications is entirely voluntary. You are not required to consent to voice communications as a condition of making a reservation, purchasing services, or otherwise doing business with Foreign Exchange Lounge.

Age Requirement: Voice communications are directed only to individuals 21 years of age or older.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of outbound voice communications at any time by:

Verbally requesting removal during any AI or live phone call

Replying STOP to any related SMS message

Call Recording: Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and service improvement purposes. Where required by applicable law, you will be notified before a call is recorded.

7. Code of Conduct

By entering Foreign Exchange Lounge, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Nevada liquor and tobacco laws.

Treat staff and fellow guests with respect.

Follow all venue rules and the direction of venue staff and security personnel.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the premises for violation of our Code of Conduct, disruptive behavior, or any action that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others — without refund of any deposits or fees.

8. Health & Tobacco / Hookah Disclaimer

Foreign Exchange Lounge is a venue where hookah and tobacco products are used on the premises. By entering our venue, you acknowledge and agree that:

You may be exposed to secondhand hookah smoke and tobacco products during your visit.

Hookah smoke contains carbon monoxide, nicotine, and other chemicals that may be harmful to your health.

Entry into the venue constitutes your voluntary acknowledgment of and consent to potential smoke exposure.

Hookah use on the premises is strictly limited to individuals 21 years of age or older.

Foreign Exchange Lounge is not responsible for any health effects resulting from exposure to smoke during your visit.

We strongly advise individuals with respiratory conditions, heart conditions, pregnant women, or those sensitive to smoke to consider this before entering.

9. Photography & Media

By entering our venue, you acknowledge that Foreign Exchange Lounge may capture photographs, video, or other media during events. Such media may be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes. If you wish to be excluded from any such media, please notify our staff upon arrival.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Foreign Exchange Lounge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or attendance at our venue.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property on the premises.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or fitness of our services for any particular purpose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foreign Exchange Lounge, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your conduct at our venue.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
